Kingston Health(Hull) is located at Wheeler Street and at The Park Health Centre in Hull. As one practice located at modern premises in the east and west of the city, we offer choice, continuity of care and high standards.
All patients are allocated a named accountable GP within the practice. This means that there is a specific GP who is named on your records and accountable for your care within the practice, however, patients can always express a choice on which GP they would like to see.
The practice is open for the registration of new patients, We have surgeries in the east and west of Hull.

How to Book an Appointment
To book an appointment, simply contact your own GP Practice during normal hours or call 247111 if your practice is closed
Receptionists will triage calls to nake sure you see the most appropriate clinician for your appointment

6.30pm to 8pm
Weekend Appointments also available
All patients registered at practices across Hull will be able to access routine appointments at evenings and weekends.
Access+ is a new NHS service that will offer patients pre-booked appointments with GPs, practice nurses, pharmacists and physiotherapists at one of our hubs across the city.
